Resetting Your WHfB PIN

Scenario 1: Resetting PIN from the Sign-In Screen

If you have forgotten your PIN and cannot access your device:

1. Initiate PIN Reset:

   • On the sign-in screen, select Sign-in options.
   • Choose the PIN icon.
   • Click on I forgot my PIN.

2. Authenticate Your Identity:

   • Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity. This may involve entering your Microsoft account password or using another authentication method configured by your organization.

3. Set a New PIN:

   • After verification, you will be prompted to create a new PIN.
