Resetting Your WHfB PIN
Scenario 1: Resetting PIN from the Sign-In Screen
If you have forgotten your PIN and cannot access your device:

Initiate PIN Reset:
- On the sign-in screen, select Sign-in options.
- Choose the PIN icon.
- Click on I forgot my PIN.

Authenticate Your Identity:
- Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity. This may involve entering your Microsoft account password or using another authentication method configured by your organization.

Set a New PIN:
- After verification, you will be prompted to create a new PIN.
