Zoom - Sign In via the Web

Overview

You can access Zoom by web portal, Mobile App, and Desktop Client. This article describes how to sign-in using the web portal.

Note: There are different features on the Zoom Desktop Client and Mobile App than the Zoom web portal.

Web Browser Requirements  

• Internet Explorer 10 or higher
• Chromium Edge 80 or higher
• Google Chrome 53.0.2785 or higher
• Safari 10.0.602.1.50 or higher
• Firefox 76 or higher

Procedures

1. Navigate to a web browser such as google chrome.
2. In the address bar, type https://rpi-edu.zoom.us/ Press Enter.
3. Click Sign in.
4. You will see the Rensselaer Shibboleth Identity Provider sign sign-on.
5. Enter your RCS ID and RCS password.
6. Zoom web portal displays.
