Webex Education Connector is the LMS tool which allows for Webex integration into your LMS course site. Users will sometimes receive the error: "Your webex authorization has expired. Please reauthorize webex." Users are unable to schedule new meetings, or complete other tasks when this error is displayed.
Log out of Webex within the LMS Webex Education Connector, and then log back in.
To log out, click in the upper-right corner of the Webex Education Connector.
If you are experiencing problems with Classroom Collaboration, use the button to 'Log out of Webex Teams.'
If you are experiencing problems with Virtual Meetings or Office Hours, use the button to 'Log out of Webex Meetings.'
Webex sessions expire after several days of inactivity. Expiration will adversely effect functionality of the tool, specifically the syncing of Webex recordings in the course. We recommend that you sign out and sign back in to Webex from Webex Education Connector every few weeks to keep your session active. If your token expires, you're prompted to sign in to Webex Meetings the next time you access the Webex Education Connector.
