There is a new look for the Outlook Web Access (OWA) - Exchange Online.
1. The Outlook Web Access (OWA) - Exchange Online interface has a new look.
2. Duo Multi-factor authentication is needed to access your account.
3. To open in a web browser: https://outlook.office.com
To begin, navigate to https://exchange.rpi.edu in your browser. You'll be presented with the new sign in page.

4. Enter your credentials and click "sign in" or press "Enter" on your keyboard.
If you have already signed into Office 365 with your Rensselaer account or another account, you will be prompted to use either the current credentials your browser has stored or you can choose to sign in with another account.

5. Click your Rensselaer account, if shown, or choose "Use another account".
When/if prompted, type your email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) and click "Next" or press "Enter" on your keyboard. Type your password and click "Sign in" or press "Enter" on your keyboard.

You will be prompted to verify your identity. By default, a push will be sent to the Duo app on your smartphone.
If you do not have Duo Multi-Factor Authentication configured on your smartphone, you may use one of the alternate methods provided after clicking "Other options".

After you have verified your identity, a "Success" dialog will briefly appear on the screen and you will be asked if you wish to stay signed in to your session. Please note: clicking "Yes" here only applies to your Exchange Online account and NOT your initial sign in at https://exchange.rpi.edu.

You will now be brought to your Inbox and can begin using Outlook Web Access as well as other Office 365 applications.
