Overview
How to configure the native iOS mail app for Exchange Online.
Note: RPI WiFi connection and/or VPN connection is not needed to access email.
IMPORTANT: If you are currently enrolled in MobEx, accessing your email on mobile devices, please unenroll those devices first:

Procedures
To configure iOS Mail app:
- Close the mail app if open
- Tap Settings - Scroll down to Mail
- Tap Accounts - tap Add Account
- Tap Microsoft Exchange
- Enter RPI email address - description optional update
- Tap Next in upper right
- Tap - Sign in - enter password
- Tap - Save
- If prompted for Duo accept
- Go back to Settings - wait for the Success screen to process and clear on its own
- accept permission prompt
- Open Mail app
- Save
- To update email signature
- Tap Settings
- Scroll down to Mail
- Scroll down to Signature
- check Per Account - and enter signature for RPI email
To remove RPI email from iOS Mail app:
- Tap Settings - Scroll down to Mail
- Tap Accounts
- Tap RPI email
- Scroll down tap Delete Account
