Overview
Captcha is a program that protects websites against bots which are automated programs that can by malicious. The vendor for our ITSSC site recently turned the Captcha on when submitting a request to avoid these potential attacks. However, you can avoid selecting those annoying picture blocks by signing in with your RCS userid and password before submitting an online request. Of course if you can't login, submit a request (be sure to provide us an external email address (i.e. gmail, yahoo, etc.) and we'll help you avoid that Captcha in the future.
