Zoom - Saving a Whiteboard as a .pdf during a meeting

Overview

While in a meeting a whiteboard can easily be saved using the Export option.

Procedures

Saving the whiteboard as a .pdf

1. While in a meeting, and with a whiteboard on the screen, click the more options icon from the top left control bar. 
2. Choose Export --> PDF (.pdf)

A dialog box appears, with the Export area showing Pages as the default. Click the drop-down arrow and choose Frames or Area capture as well. 

5. Click Export. 

NOTE:  In the Zoom Mobile app a whiteboard can only be saved as a .png (image)
