The Division of the Chief Information Office (DotCIO) established the IT Services and Support Center (ITSSC) to provide a centralized location for IT information and requesting assistance. The Center provides current announcements, information and self-help knowledge base.
If you’re unable to find the information you need, ITSSC also provides an easy interface to submit a request for assistance for all DotCIO IT Services. A brief article on Getting Started provides information on the support categories, but if you’re not sure what category to choose, just select Support Request.
