This article describes how to schedule a meeting using the Zoom plugin for Outlook. See the Download Outlook Plugin article if you do not have the plugin.
- In Outlook, click Schedule a Meeting.
[On the Home tab in the Zoom group, Schedule a Meeting is highlighted.]
- Select your desired settings for scheduling a meeting.

- Click Save.
- The invitation will automatically fill in details.
- Add remaining meeting details (subject, start time and end time) as desired.
- Click Send.
