Overview
How to Manage Existing Devices enrolled in Duo Multi-Factor Authentication or Add a New Device. Requies having access to a currently enrolled device.
NOTE: If you need to setup a new phone and you do not have access to your old device, you will need to submit a Support Request to have helpdesk remove your old device from the server. Please include your RIN for identity verification. Once done, you will receive an email on next steps.
Procedures
Access the Duo device self-service. On a the device or workstation with Touch or Face ID open a web browser and go to:
https://mfa-ss.auth.rpi.eduLog in to Duo with your RPI email address and password, and then use a previously enrolled device for Duo authentication

3. Your currently enrolled devices will show as well as the option to add a device.

4. Edit - gives you the option to Rename or Delete the enrolled device.
5. I have a new phone or Add a device - follow the prompts to add your new device - continue with Step 6 in Duo-Multi-Factor Authentication article.
