Overview
How to Manage Existing Devices enrolled in Duo Multi-Factor Authentication or Add a New Device. Requies having access to a currently enrolled device.
NOTE: If you need to replace your old device and you do not have access to it, you will need to submit a Support Request to have helpdesk remove your old device from the server. Please include your RIN for identity verification. Once done, you will receive an email on next steps.
Procedures
- Access the Duo device self-service. On a the device or workstation with Touch or Face ID open a web browser and go to:
https://mfa-ss.auth.rpi.edu - Log in to Duo with your RPI email address and password, and then use a previously enrolled device for Duo authentication

3. Your currently enrolled devices will show as well as the option to add a device.

4. Edit - give syou the option to Rename or Delete the enrolled device.
5. I have a new phone or Add a device - follow the prompts to add your new device - continue with Step 6 in Duo-Multi-Factor Authentication article.
