If you need to setup a new phone and you do not have access to your old device OR if you reset your phone and Duo no longer works, you will need to submit a Support Request to have helpdesk activate your new phone on the Duo server.
Please include your RIN for identity verification, external email address and phone number being used for Duo.
Once done, you will receive an email on next steps.
