If you have a question or wish to contest your Rensselaer department telephone bill contact farmej@rpi.edu  Please provide the following information:

• The specific problem with the bill, such as a wrong name or account number
• Department contact name and phone number
• Department name
• Building and room number
• Account number to be charged
• Description of what type of correction needs to be done

Reporting Inoperative Equipment

If your telephone/Ethernet isn't working, submit an online Support Request.
