Changing Banner and Automic Passwords

Overview

How to change passwords for Banner and Automic.

Procedures

To change your Banner password

NOTE: Recommended browser is Chrome

1. Go to:  https://mcscitrix.win.rpi.edu/Citrix/MCSAppsWeb/
2. Enter your RCSID and password
3. Click on the Banner 9 PROD icon

 Enter your RCSID only (not your full email address)

4. Click on the RESET PASSWORD button

An email will be sent to you to with a link to create your Banner 9 password

 Follow the password rules indicated on the screen to create your Banner 9 password

To Change your Appworx Password:

1. Log into Appworx
2. Under ‘Options’ menu, choose Change Password
3. Enter current password 
4. Enter new password 
5. Re-enter new password
6. Click OK
