Steps for using WebEx Meetings from iPhone or iPad

Procedures

1. From the App Store search for WebEx - install Cisco WebEx Meetings
2. When first open app - Accept terms
3. Option to Join Meeting - Sign-In
4. Join Meeting without signing in
   • Enter meeting # or URL provided
   • Enter your name
   • Enter your email address
   • Click Join
   • Prompted to allow access to microphone and camera
   • Click Next on prompt to choose how you want to connect to audio (defaults to audio over Internet - can change once in the meeting)
   • Click OK on prompt to Connect to a Cisco Video device or Cisco Webex Share Device
   • Click Join on prompt for Ready to join?
   • Can change audio connection to call in from the More options menu accessed from the 3 dots ...
   • Options to mute or stop microphone and video (camera)
   • "X" to Leave Meeting
5. Sign-In -- to sign into your own WebEx Meeting
   • Enter RPI email address - click Next
   • click on rensselaer.webex.com to select the site
   • prompted to login at Shibboleth login screen - enter RCS userid and password
   • Swipe Right to see scheduled meetings
   • Swipe Left from scheduled meetings screen to Start of Join Meeting
