How to Install WebEx on iOS Devices

Overview

Procedure on how to install and setup the WebEx app on your iPad.

Procedure

1. Go to the App Store
2. Tap on Search in the lower right corner
3. In the search bar type WebEx
4. Tap Get , then tap Install (you may be prompted to enter your Apple ID password)
5. Tap Open
6. Once in the WebEx app, tap Get Started
7. Enter your RPI email in the email address field
8. Tap Next
9. On the Rensselaer Sign on page, enter your RCS ID and RCS password 
10. Tap Log in
11. On the Notifications message choose Allow or Don't Allow for WebEx Notifications
12. Tap Ok on the Microphone access message
13. On People Insights is now available screen, tap Got it
14. You are now signed in
