Overview
The PowerPack plugin allows a moderator of a space in Webex to add or delete users in bulk.
Procedures
Authorizing PowerPack for use with Webex
The first time you utilize PowerPack for Webex, you will need to authorize it.
- Navigate to https://power-pack.io/
- Click Sign In with Webex and authenticate using your RPI credentials. If you are already authenticated in the browser, you may be able to automatically log in.
- Authorize PowerPack to access all of your available spaces. This will allow PowerPack to show all spaces to which you belong and manage your involvement in those spaces.
Adding Multiple Users to a Webex Space
- Navigate to https://power-pack.io/
- Click Sign In with Webex and authenticate using your RPI credentials. If you are already authenticated in the browser, you may be able to automatically log in.
- Under My Tools, click on Invite.

If you want to upload a .CSV file, it should have only one column, and that should contain the email addresses to be added.
Once you have either chosen a file, or entered a comma-separated list of email addresses, click Add People.

Deleting Multiple Users from a Webex Space
- Navigate to https://power-pack.io/
- Click Sign In with Webex and authenticate using your RPI credentials. If you are already authenticated in the browser, you may be able to automatically log in.
- Under My Tools, click on Exodus.

Locate the space from which you wish to bulk remove users and select it.

If there are more people in the space than can be display on this screen, these steps will need to be repeated.

- In your Webex client, Power Pack will notify you of how many users it is attempting to remove, and when that removal is successful.

- Wait until the successful removal has been reported in the Webex client, then Refresh the browser window to ensure you are working with the most current information.
- Repeat steps 6 through 10.
