Using Webex: Bulk Add/Delete users in a Webex space using the PowerPack plugin

Overview

The PowerPack plugin allows a moderator of a space in Webex to add or delete users in bulk. 

Procedures

Authorizing PowerPack for use with Webex

The first time you utilize PowerPack for Webex, you will need to authorize it.

1. Navigate to https://power-pack.io/ 
2. Click Sign In with Webex and authenticate using your RPI credentials. If you are already authenticated in the browser, you may be able to automatically log in.
3. Authorize PowerPack to access all of your available spaces. This will allow PowerPack to show all spaces to which you belong and manage your involvement in those spaces.

Adding Multiple Users to a Webex Space

1. Navigate to https://power-pack.io/ 
2. Click Sign In with Webex and authenticate using your RPI credentials. If you are already authenticated in the browser, you may be able to automatically log in.
3. Under My Tools, click on Invite.

4. This will display a list of all locked spaces for which you are a Moderator. Locate the space to which you wish to bulk add users and select it.

5. You can either upload a .CSV file containing your list of users, or manually input them as comma-separated email addresses. If you want to upload a .CSV file, it should have only one column, and that should contain the email addresses to be added.
   
   Once you have either chosen a file, or entered a comma-separated list of email addresses, click Add People.

6. The PowerPack bot will report in Webex on its progress.

Deleting Multiple Users from a Webex Space

1. Navigate to https://power-pack.io/ 
2. Click Sign In with Webex and authenticate using your RPI credentials. If you are already authenticated in the browser, you may be able to automatically log in.
3. Under My Tools, click on Exodus.

4. Beneath "Remove multiple people from a space" click on Select Spaces.

5. This will display a list of all locked spaces for which you are a Moderator. Locate the space from which you wish to bulk remove users and select it.

6. Ten (10) users are shown by default. To show more, scroll down to the bottom right and select 20 or 30.

7. To select all users in the currently displayed list, click the check box next to Display Name. Note: This will only select the displayed users. If there are more people in the space than can be display on this screen, these steps will need to be repeated.

8. Click the Remove button in the lower right corner of the screen.
9. In your Webex client, Power Pack will notify you of how many users it is attempting to remove, and when that removal is successful.

10. If you have more users in the space than can be displayed on one screen, you will need to repeat these instructions.
    
    
    1. Wait until the successful removal has been reported in the Webex client, then Refresh the browser window to ensure you are working with the most current information.
    2. Repeat steps 6 through 10.
