Overview
If you wish, you can opt to receive voicemail messages as .wav attachments in your RCS e-mail. However, please note that if you enable this service, your voicemail messages are relayed to your RCS e-mail and are no longer available via the telephone user interface. In addition, these messages will no longer reside on the voicemail server, and therefore you cannot forward them to another voicemail account. You will also be unable to reply to these messages via your e-mail client; you will receive an undeliverable message error.
Procedures
To enable the service:
- Access the on-line tool and login with your RCS userID and password.
- Select the Yes option under "Deliver message via email."
If you enable this service but later wish to disable it, access the on-line tool and login with your RCS userID and password as shown above, but select the No option under "Deliver message via email."
