Any users who have recently been locked out of the campus voice mail system or have forgotten their voice mail password are encouraged to please wait 15 minutes before trying to access the system again. If you are still having difficulties after 15 minutes, an on-line tool is available for you to reset your password.

If you continue to have trouble, please Submit an online Support Request.  Please be sure to include your name, RIN, department and phone number, and what the problem may be.
