Overview
This article shows the steps on how to create and save polling questions. Saving your polling questions helps save time on set-up and can be used for multiple meetings.
Procedures
- Login to Webex site
- Start a meeting (you can create any meeting but you must have a meeting started in order to access polling)
- In the Meeting Controls Bar, click More options > Polling
Note: if polling does not display:
- In the menu bar click View > Panels > Manage Panels…
- Click Polling > Add >
- Click OK
- Select question type, you can choose: Multiple choice – Single Answer, Multiple choice – Multiple Answer, Short answer
- Click New
- Press Enter on your keyboard and type your desired answer(s)
- Click Save
- Choose a location to save the file
- Click Save
Note: File is saved as an .atp file. You can open the file for use in any meeting
