Managing Recordings: How to find out how many people have viewed a Webex recording

Overview

If you have recorded a Meeting or Event, you can view a report which will show you how many people have viewed that recording.

Sign in to the Webex site at https://rensselaer.webex.com
In the top menu bar, click on the My Webex button.

If the title bar does not appear at the top, you are in Modern View. Click on Insights on the left hand menu. Then click on View More in the upper right hand corner.

In the left hand menu, choose My Reports.

Under the Webex Meetings header, click on Meeting Recording Report.

You may select a date range at this time, or enter a specific recording name to review statistics for. If you enter a recording name, please be certain to enter it exactly as it appears. You may generate reports for three month periods within one year prior to the current day.

Click Display Report.
