Overview
Prior to the week of March 22, 2020, any recording made within Webex (either Event or meeting) had a separate password automatically applied to that recording, above and beyond standard Webex authentication. Multimedia Services has adjusted the settings so that the password is no longer a requirement, although the viewer will be required to authenticate to the Webex platform in able to watch the recording.
However, recordings made prior to the removal of this requirement will still have a separate password applied that can be removed.
