Box - Can't upload or create files or folders

Overview

Unable to upload files or create files or folders in Box.

Details

• The All Files level contains your Documents folder and any folders that have been shared with you (if any).
• Files or folders can not be created at the All Files level.
• The Documents folder is each individual's home folder.  This is where files can be uploaded and/or created as well as create folders and subfolders at this level.

If you do not have a Documents folder or need any assistance with this, please submit a Support Request for assistance.

Box Drive on Mac OS allows files to be created under the All Files level.  However, they show a red exclamation point in explorer and will not sync to https://rpi.box.com   Files need to be created under Documents folder and/or subfolders under Documents folder.
