Overview
Box Drive will allow creation of folders, subfolders and files at the All Files level. However, these will not sync/upload to Box <https://rpi.box.com>
Details
Box Drive allows you to save files under the All Files level. However, they will not sync/upload and may present a red explanation point next to files when viewing them in File explorer. Therefore, files or folders created at this level do not show up when logging into https://rpi.box.com
Files need to be moved/saved under Documents folder and/or subfolders under Documents.

Example of how to create a folder in Box Drive:
- Click the Documents folder.
- Click New folder from the top ribbon and a new folder appears under Documents.
- Rename the folder and press Enter.
