Newly deployed docking station for Lenovo laptop is not connecting or not staying connected to the Internet
- With the laptop still connected to the docking station, connect the laptop to the internet via WiFi
- If not already installed, install the Lenovo Vantage app:
- Run system updates
- This should update the firmware for the docking station if an update exists
- After updates are run, reboot the laptop
- With the laptop not connected to WiFi, test Internet connection
