***This option should only be used rarely.  If it is a common fix then your laptop needs to be examined more thoroughly. 

If you can restart or end the service that may be the cause of the computer freezing.

Check the power adapter as this might be bad or the connector might be lose.

IF NONE of the above work, then:

1. Unplug the power cord from the laptop.
2. Use a paper clip and push into the Emergency reset hole, hold for 15 seconds and release it.
3. Attempt to turn the laptop on again.
