Procedures

***The Emergency pin reset option should only be used rarely.  If it is a common fix then your laptop needs to be examined more thoroughly. 

• If you can restart or end the service that may be the cause of the computer freezing.
  
  
• Check the power adapter as this might be bad or the connector might be lose.
  
  IF NONE of the above work, then:

1. Unplug the power cord from the laptop.
2. Use a paper clip and push into the Emergency reset hole, hold for 15 seconds and release it.
3. Attempt to turn the laptop on again.
