Hardware - P1 display issue after going to sleep

Overview

Some Lenovo P1 laptops have a display issue after closing the laptop and reopening or awaking after sleep mode.  Display is distorted and black and white.

Procedures

1. Hold the power button down until the laptop turns off.  Then turn it back on.
2. Uninstall both graphics display adapters: 
   • Windows Search  --> Device Manager --> Display adapters
     • right click on one - Uninstall
     • wait a few seconds
     • right click on second one - Uninstall
3. Restart the laptop, windows reinstalls them
4. Run Lenovo Vantage for any updates.
