Overview
There is a known issue with the Lenovo T16s laptop when connecting this model laptop and Webex room-kits which are video conferencing devices that integrate with flat panel displays located many in conference rooms throughout campus resulting in a blank or distorted screen.
The below procedures will outline the work around to resolve this issue.
Procedures
1. While the laptop is connected to the room-kit, right click on Desktop and click Display Settings.
2. Click on the monitor that is for the Webex room-kit, and scroll down to Display resolution.

3. Change the Display Resolution from 1920x1200 to 1280x720.
4. Click on Keep Changes.
5. When the laptop is disconnected from the Webex room-kit, the display settings should revert back to the default resolution.
