Overview
Many consumer-grade devices do not support the WPA2 Enterprise authentication and encryption protocols used by the rpi_wpa2 wireless network.
As an alternative, RPI provides the rpi_netreg wireless network. This network uses the device’s wireless MAC address for authentication.
The following lists include the specific devices which are currently known to work — or will not work — with rpi_netreg. We are currently awaiting feedback on the "Untested" devices to determine which of them do, or do not, work with rpi_netreg.

When calling in, you will be greeted by an automated response, which will ask for your name and phone number. - They should advise the Amazon customer service representative that they need the MAC address of their registered device -- specifying which device they need this for.
