How to Connect to RPI's WiFi on Ubuntu

Overview

Step by step instructions for connecting a computer with Ubuntu to RPI's rpi_wpa2 network.

Procedures

1. Click on the Arrow in the upper right hand corner near the battery symbol.
2. Click on "Wifi Not Connected"
3. Click on "Select Network"
4. Select the Wifi you want from the list of available Wifi and click "Connect"
5. The Authentication required by Wifi network will pop up, enter this information in the fields:
   1. Wifi security: "WPA & WPA2 Enterprise"
   2. Authentication: "Protected EAP (PEAP)"
   3. Anonymous identity: enter your RCS ID
   4. Domain: Leave this blank
   5. CA Certificate: Leave as (None)
   6. CA Certificate password: Check the box for "No CA certificate is required"
   7. PEAP version: Leave as "Automatic"
   8. Inner authentication: "MSCHAPV2"
   9. Username: enter your RCS ID
   10. Password: enter your RCS Password, same password used to get into your email
6. Click "Connect"
