Microsoft Office does not have the Microsoft Access database for Mac OS.
Procedures
To use the Microsoft Access database for Mac OS, you would need to create a windows partition. Please reference this article:

You can install the Microsoft Office Suite:
But depending on your version, Microsoft Access may not be listed as one of the downloaded applications. Also, if you already have the Office Suite installed on your Mac partition you may only want to install Microsoft Access.
