Logging into Microsoft Teams
Teams - Desktop App
- In Windows, type Teams in the Search bar.
- Click Microsoft Teams app.
Teams - Web app
- Go to portal.office.com
- Login with your RPI email and RCS password and your DUO app.
- From the left navigation bar click the Teams icon
or type Teams in the top search bar.
IMPORTANT:
Before creating your Team, you will need to decide on a Team name, who to invite and what channels to add.
Submit a Support Request and include:
- Team Name (RPI_Teams_XXXX - the name will be prefaced by RPI_) ex: RPI_Teams_Helpdesk
- Email addresses of individuals who should have rights to add/remove members in the group
Help Desk will reply when your Team/Group is ready.
