Overview
New Outlook has now brought the feature of being able to import On My Computer data in the Outlook client with New Outlook turned on. Most often these are files often referred to as Archives.
Procedures
1. Open the Outlook application on your Mac. You will need to be on the New Outlook to do this. You can confirm this by looking in the top right hand corner of your client - there is a New Outlook toggle switch.
2. Navigate to Outlook -> Preferences ->General and confirm that the Hide On My Computer folders is unchecked

3. Once open, Select File -> Import On My Computer Data

- There is also the option to go to On My Computer folder and clicking the Import Now button

4. This will take some time depending on the size of the files. Once it is done, you will get the below screen:

5. Click Done. You will now be able to access all of your On My Computer outlook files in the New Outlook client
