Overview
Having different time zone settings between individuals in a meeting invite or using Microsoft Bookings can cause issues or confusion on the actual time of the event.
For Microsoft Bookings availability is based on the time zone of the person booking which can cause confusion. (customer) rather than the staff member, causing confusion.
Procedures
To help avoid this confusion, individual's can Manage their time zone settings in Outlook.
Settings include having time zone adjust automatically as you travel or adding additional time zones.
