Overview

How to configure a new exchange account in Outlook on Mac OS

Procedures

1. Open Outlook 

2. At the Add Account prompt, Enter your full RPI email address

3. In the Microsoft Login prompt Window, enter your full RPI email (rcsuserid@rpi.edu), click Next, and then enter your RPI Email Password.

4. Accept the Duo Push

5. You will then come to a screen where you can either Personalize Now or Add another account. Here you can go through personalization, where you can change your outlooks theme or layout, or you can exit in the top left corner and your email will populate. 

Personalize account - allows for changing theme (Dark and light mode) and layout and density preferences
