Overview

How to access a shared mailbox/calendar on Exchange Online from a Web Browser.

Procedures

  • Option 1:

https://outlook.office.com/owa/sharedmailboxname@rpi.edu

  • Option 2:
      1. While logged into your own email on a web browser:
      2. Click  your initials in the upper right
      3. Click Open another mailbox
      4. Enter the mailbox name
      5. Login with RCS userid and password OR if the shared mailbox has been migrated and you are presented with a Microsoft login:  rcsuserid@rpi.edu and RCS password
      6. accept Duo prompt if presented
