Shared Mailbox/Calendar - adding to Outlook app on Mobile Device iOS or Android

How to add a shared mailbox/calendar on the Exchange server to Outlook app on Mobile Device iOS.

Procedures

Add the shared mailbox:

1. Open Outlook app on your iOS mobile device.
2. Tap on your profile picture or initial in upper left.
3. Tap Settings wheel in lower left.
4. Tap Add Mail Account
5. Tap Add Shared Mailbox under Mail Accounts
6. Enter the shared mailbox email address - Tap Add Shared Mailbox

Setting signature:

1. Open Outlook app on your iOS mobile device.
2. Tap on your profile picture or initial in upper left.
3. Tap Settings wheel in lower left.
4. Scroll down to Signature - check Per Account Signature
5. Set signature for shared mailbox or remove the default Get Outlook...

Delete the shared mailbox:

1. Open Outlook app on your iOS mobile device.
2. Tap on your profile picture or initial in upper left.
3. Tap Settings wheel in lower left.
4. Tap on the Shared mailbox entry under Mail Accounts
5. Scroll down - tap Delete Account
