RCS (Rensselaer Computing Services) and SIS/RSS (Self-Service Login) Information

• RCS userid: 8 characters – first 5 characters of your lastname, first initial and potentially a number
• RCS password: Minimum of 15 characters
• Every time the password for this account is reset you need to wait 15 minutes before using it – this includes after obtaining a temporary password

Cisco Duo

• Many systems at Rensselaer require a multi-factor authentication using the Duo app
